We use this backrack on a daily basis for relief from and management of SI related discomfort and pain/ old neck injury pain. It’s a great way to stretch and relax the back area and it’s also a preventative measure. It doesn’t take a lot of time out of the day to either just lie on it or do the suggested exercises and you feel the benefit quickly. I’d recommend it to others.
I have bulging discs/degenerative disc disease and have previously had surgery on the lower lumbar region (left side). I currently experience symptoms on my right side (back pain radiating down into the buttock and leg) and would use pain relief medication /manual therapies (physiotherapy, dry needling) to try manage the pain with limited success. I have been using the Backrack for a number of months now and would say that it has greatly helped with the management of my symptoms and I would definitely recommend this product to anyone experiencing similar symptoms as myself..
