During COVID-19 Restrictions

We have made some important changes to our service delivery in order to ensure your safety and ours during the COVID-19 restrictions. We are delighted that our loyal customer are flexible and understanding the changes that have been imposed upon us with little warning. 

Here’s some of what you can expect from now until the current restrictions end:

1. We are still here to advise you, support you and help in any way we can

2. We are still dispatching orders promptly. However, we know that our transport and delivery partners are taking a little longer to get your orders to you at a time when they are experiencing parcel volumes several times higher than a typical Christmas season

3. For our clients who require new product set-up and training that typically requires one to one contact, we are using detailed video tutorials backed up by video calls with our team using Zoom video meetings or another medium that may better suit specific customers. We are especially proud of the number of successful set-ups, trainings and the ongoing support we have delivered to date
